(a) PCBA static ICT test:
The probe is connected to the test point of the PCBA under test. The device under test is connected to the signal processing board through the relay. The acquisition card applies the test signal to the device under test through the signal processing board and reads back the signal passing through the device under test. The signal is compared with the standard value to judge whether the signal under test passes. Test items include resistance, capacitance, diode, IC pin, and power supply short circuit to ground.
(b) Functional test after PCBA is powered on:
Power on the tested PCBA through the signal processing board, and use the acquisition card I / O port to simulate the 12C signal or computer serial port to control the tested PCBA. Through the acquisition process of the acquisition card, the measured PCBA output changes, such as voltage signal, I / O port level, etc., to determine the PCBA function under test.
(c) The test items are all imported from excel format documents. The test documents include the type of test item, needle position, standard value, etc. The same equipment can be tested for multiple products, only the fixture and test documents need to be replaced.
(d) Test data can be entered into the database for future reference, and has administrator and operator permissions.
(e) PCB functional automated testing, which can realize ICT / FCT testing into one device, the central module part can be replaced, so that different series of different PCBs are common, and the outer frame can be made into metal and non-metal.
